We totally understand shipping and returns is the forefront of everyone's concern when purchasing something online -- especially a clothing item when sizes and shapes can vary from person-to-person. We strive to make this process as easy and open as possible, like shopping at your neighborhood store.
So, what to do if you receive an item you want to exchange or refund:

FIO Merch is dedicated to providing the safest and most secure shipping method to get an item from us to you. At the same time, we strive to provide the most affordable shipping costs to the customer. Most items will ship via USPS. Shirts, Hoodies, and other soft items will generally be packaged in a sealed water-proof ship bag. This allows for your items to be left in mailboxes, not require a signature, and provides the most affordable shipping option.
Some items that may be heavier, fragile (ex, candles, coffee mug, etc) will be packaged appropriately in bubble packaging or in boxes.
We want your item to arrive safe and sound to you more than anyone, but we understands accidents happen during shipping. All packages will have appropriate amount of insurance included with them. If you receive a damaged product, immediately take photos and file a claim via USPS.com and let us know. We'll help you get a replacement asap!
